Absolute Thai @ Main Place USJ

On last week during Mother's Day, I had went dinner with my family for some celebration. As my family love Thai food, it had came to my mind to bring them to this Absolute Thai because I felt the Thai food there were authentic.

The outlet that I visited was the outlet in Main Place at USJ. It was crowded as many people were there to celebrate with their mum. As we enter, the entire atmosphere was quite relax. They decorated with deem lights and each corner have different seating layout. Their bar was neatly being displayed with bowls, drinks and bottles.
So let us take a look on their menu. They printed they menu and placed on top of the table to ease the customer. There are front and back of the menu. Front is the illustration (best suits for people like me that visual stimulate my interest) and the back page was the detailed menu.

If you check through their menu, you will found out that they have variety of dishes for you to select on. On that day, I had ordered their few signature dishes to try on.

Absolute Thai Combo (RM 34.90)
It was a combination of few starter including fish cake, spring roll, money bags, prawn, and mango salad. Yet, the fish cake was a little spicy than the usual one.
Green Curry Chicken (RM 17.90)
This green curry you can either choose chicken or beef. Personally I like this coz the taste was great. If you are a green curry fans you will like it,
Steamed Siakap with Chilies, garlic and lime sauce (RM 49.90)
This is one of their house best seller. The taste was abit spicy and soury yet yummy.
Tom Yam Soup (Red Base, Seafood) (RM 29.50)
This hotspot is served for two person portion. Yet I felt it can served for four person. Every will get a bowl. It had been cooked with fish, prawn, mushroom and etc. The spicyness was 3.5/5
Pandan Chicken (RM 15.90)
Sadly when the day I visit there, they was out of Pandan leave. Therefore they put it into a stick. For me it taste better as it being wrapped with Pandan Leave.

Last but not least, there are few types of dessert that you can choose and order from. The dessert that I have ordered was:
Mango with sticky rice (RM 13.50)
Surprisingly this one taste quite nice especially the texture of their sticky rice. It was compact and when it mix with mango and the sauce, it really sweeten or mouth tho, haha.

Overall the dinner was great, With the relax atmosphere, it was quite suitable for family or friends to chat and dine it together. I will definitely pay for a second visit.
